I am enthusiastic about helping my public and private sector clients create more value by unlocking or improving business performance. I do this by working with them to find the high leverage points that will make a real difference to their success, and then develop and implement strategies to exploit those opportunities.
My focus is on the defence, health care, retail and consumer products sectors although I have wide experience in a variety other industries. I lead Deloitte’s supply chain consulting practice in New Zealand.
I am passionate about helping New Zealand create more economic and social capital – a wealthier place both in terms of financial value and the strength of community we all feel as New Zealanders.
