Experience
Peter is a tax partner with the Auckland practice of Deloitte with many years of experience in New Zealand taxation. He provides tax planning and compliance advice to a wide range of corporate clients. In particular Peter has experience in the performance of tax due diligences, advising on the reorganisation and implementation of tax efficient group structures and providing income tax investigation support.
In addition to his income tax responsibilities, Peter is also the leader of the New Zealand indirect tax practice. He advises on the GST implications of significant transactions and supervises GST compliance and contingency reviews.
