Experience
Graham has been an Audit partner since 1982 and was partner in charge of the firm’s New Zealand Audit Practice for 3 years to December 1995.
In addition to statutory audit experience, Graham specialises in carrying out financial due diligence in connection with acquisitions and divestments including prospectus reviews. He was effectively seconded to Graeme Hart, working from the Sydney office of Burns Philp for the period October 1997 to July 1998, to assist him in his role as Deputy Chairman, in respect of the restructure and refinance of the Burns Philp Group. His experience has spanned companies from private to publicly listed.
