Deloitte Innovation B.V. also enhances Deloitte’s power to innovate with their approach of realising not only good ideas and efficient processes but also creating a enduringly innovative organisation with an eye on sustainable growth. Innovation is seen as an organisational issue for the realisation of the full potential of our staff; needs and interests at all levels within Deloitte are identified in order to remove possible resistance to innovation. Deloitte Innovation B.V. collects more than 500 ideas annually for new business proposals, of which about 15 start-ups are taken from the idea phase right through to actualisation. In the 2011 financial year Deloitte Innovation realised additional business worth almost 20 million euros for Deloitte.
