Deloitte approach
We provide advice on the structure, design and implementation of pension plans and other related long-term employee benefits. Commissioned by CFO, COO, HR director, or the pension fund, our experts check whether the overall pension policy still aligns with the corporation’s strategy. Our advice focuses on possibilities to restructure pension such that the pension funds are used more efficiently, the administrative load decreases and all risks for the corporation and staff are clear. What’s more, we provide support with folding new business units into the (renewed) pension framework or, alternatively, we assist business units during a carve out.
Deloitte framework
Deloitte has designed a framework for corporations that wish to align their pension policy with their strategic goals. It makes scouting out a pension transition highly accessible and insightful, and compares the demands of the corporation with the options available for a pension promise (such as average salary or defined contribution) and the options on what administrator to choose, such as an own pension fund, industry pension fund or insurer.
Employee Benefits advice
Apart from major transition processes Deloitte likewise provides advice when selecting a pension insurer. We test grant proposals, or how the pension records at the corporation and/or the pension fund have been designed. Our specialists provide insight into the expected costs of a pension plan and advise you in the event of any changes.
