What does Deloitte’s Finance Transformation Framework do?
The Finance Transformation Framework is a model that translates a performance analysis into a roadmap with action milestones. The framework centres around the expectations of stakeholders, thus putting the focus on a financial function’s added value.
Together with clients Deloitte develops roadmaps for raising financial functions to the required levels of performance and competence. Deloitte's diagnostic tools facilitate senior management and finance teams in conducting efficient performance and competence assessments. Benchmarking is an integral part of this process. Added value is created by bringing about cohesion between people, processes, systems and organisational structures. Deloitte can also implement the defined roadmap in close cooperation with the client.
