Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM)
EPM is the integrated approach to delivering business changes, creating a means for continuous delivery. It is the capability to lead and manage resources, knowledge and skills in the effective deployment of multiple projects designed to collectively deliver enhanced value.
Programme assurance and risk management
Assurance provides greater confidence to senior management by increasing the level of control and reducing the risk of executing programmes. This increases the probability of successful delivery and achievability of intended benefits of change programmes. Programme Assurance provides management with an independent health-check of the programme.
PMO
The PMO is a dynamic force behind the programme and consists of six distinct but interconnected dimensions (programme design, outcome management, programme support, risk and issue management, planning and progress reporting, stakeholder management), which can be adapted according to the type of project/industry. It was developed as a reaction to the typical reasons that standard PMOs fail, focusing on alternative approaches to avoid these pitfalls. It requires experienced technical and industry specialists to resource it and it continuously evolves over the lifecycle of the programme. It is highly proactive, undertaking invasive assurance of projects.
Programme leadership software solutions
PL software makes programmes operate more efficiently and supports PMOs with the adoption of software, procedures and standards. Furthermore PL software provides adequate management information. PL software solutions deals with the selection, implementation, review and optimization of various PL IT solutions. Results are in this case more important than technological tour de forces. Optimal compliance with the possibilities within your organization, processes and systems are therefore for us an important condition for success.
Benefits Management
Although the projects and programmes may be successful, the business does not get to benefit from the deliverables it generated. Traditionally change has been delivered through organisations running projects and programmes. Increasingly the justification of these projects and programmes is being scrutinised and the delivery of value for the business is a necessity. Our view on implementing Benefits Management focuses on organizational culture and leadership, management information and a structured approach.
