The Deloitte Center for Collective Leadership (DCCL) is a global learning institution and provider of insight, understanding, knowledge, and expertise on how leaders can successfully inspire, enroll, and engage people to work together to achieve a common purpose.

The DCCL serves the worldwide leadership community by:

- Continuing to evolve the As One methodology and increase collective leadership competency.
- Advising on the current state of collective leadership.
- Providing an online platform for collaboration and sharing of collective leadership stories and personal experiences.
Management
Stephen Langton is Managing Director of the Deloitte Center for Collective Leadership at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited. He has specialized in the field of collective leadership for the past 15 years.
Prior to heading the DCCL, Stephen was Global Managing Partner of the Leadership Advisory arm of Heidrick & Struggles, a NASDAQ-listed executive search and consulting firm serving boards, CEOs, and global leaders. In this role, he ran the advisory center of capability in leadership services. The rapid success of the practice saw him and his team leading complex Human Capital engagements as well as CEO and board succession programmes for Fortune 500 and Global 1000 organizations.
He has been a personal coach and advisor to many successful global CEOs and chairmen and is a regular contributor to the World Economic Forum regionally and at Davos, where he is faculty on the Global Fellows leadership programme and advises on the Global Talent Mobility initiative.
