Consequences of Tabaksblat for the supervisory board

Board members within organizations will be expected to show an active and proactive commitment to the company. They will also have to ask the right critical questions on a broad range of key topics (such as integrity, compliance, risks, strategy, financial reporting). This new approach is one of the key factors of the Tabaksblat Code.

It is a new way of thinking and acting within the supervisory role of board members.
