Code of conduct

How do we ensure that our code of conduct is effective and actually embedded within our organization?

An effective code of conduct is well-embedded. This requires, in the first place, a high-level of awareness within your company of what integrity is, that your people know the integrity principles. It is also important to ensure the whole organization complies with the code of conduct. You can emphasize one of these aspects when introducing or operating the code of conduct within your company. An important question is then ‘Do you follow a strategy based on rules (i.e. compliance) or a strategy based on integrity principles?’
