Public housing is under review. Devolution and other social developments lead to deregulation, financial autonomy and overall accountability. Housing corporations have changed into social undertakings responsible for suitable, affordable housing in livable areas.
Deloitte has pooled its knowledge of public housing. Based on its experience of profit and non-profit undertakings, it provides services to municipal housing enterprises and housing corporations whose operational objectives have to be achieved in a social environment.
