Pricing Excellence seminar 2010

Pricing in a changing world

The global financial crisis and subsequent recession have changed the business landscape significantly. How organisations respond to these volatile times and prepare themselves for new market circumstances will be critical for their future positioning and performance. In a downturn, the typical margin pressures require measures on the cost side, but equally important, on the revenue side. The challenge therefore is to also prepare for the time after the downturn and to look for ways to regain the lost margins.
