As part of our IFRS tax services, we assist our clients with the following:
- Providing tax compliance, tax planning and tax advisory services
- Read and comment on the tax provision calculations prepared by client management
- Read and comment on the tax disclosures drafted by client management
- Assist in calculating tax provisions or amounts that would be reflected in client’s financial statements or other regulatory filings
- Drafting tax footnote or other disclosures for management’s approval
