Company Formation
Nigerian law prohibits foreign companies from doing business in Nigeria until they incorporate a local entity. Incorporation entails the preparation and filing of statutory forms at the Corporate Affairs Commission. In addition, Nigerian law requires that the registered office of the company be situated in Nigeria. For the purpose of incorporation, the offices of DCSL may be used as the registered office of the company.
This service includes advising on company formation, including:
- Incorporation of Nigerian companies in compliance with Nigerian law
- Advising on company name, share capital structure, board composition and Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Use of our office as registered address
