Company Secretarial and Advisory Services
Nigerian law compels all Nigerian companies to appoint a Company Secretary and it is an offence to carry on business without appointing one. DCSL will act as company secretaries and provide all requisite services, including:
- Scheduling of dates, times and venues as well as general co-ordination of Board and statutory meetings
- Attendance at the meetings as well as preparation and circulation of minutes of the meetings
- Preparation and distribution of documentation pursuant to meetings
- Filing and maintenance of all statutory records and other corporate documents
- Review of the Directors’ report which is included in the Annual Report and Accounts
