Multinational enterprises operating in Namibia are required to transact with foreign related parties at arm’s length (market related) prices. This relates to any transaction involving goods or services (including intellectual property and financial assistance).
Transfer pricing (“TP”) has been growing as a focus area, not just in developed countries but also in Namibia and Africa. The Deloitte Namibia TP team has experience in advising clients across all industries and is part of the Global Deloitte TP team.
