Why was Deloitte engaged?

In line with the move to implement a new ERP solution, the client recognises the importance to look for a business partner who can guide and support the organisation through process and beyond, to increase its business effectiveness and operational efficiency to a new level. Deloitte supported the client in the technology and business processes area to ensure that the business is successful. In addition, we assisted the client to re-engineer or simplify the processes to maximise the technology (ensuring that the application is aligned to the objectives) and challenging the client to improve where opportunities are identified.

How did Deloitte add value?

Through the study, Deloitte managed to simplify and improve client’s existing business process to streamline operations and increase efficiency. In addition to that, we had identified new and existing business requirements for the system. Deloitte had then assisted the client in the formulation of a detailed IT roadmap as well as a selection and evaluation based on the identified business requirements of the system, to replace the legacy system
