Deloitte together with a business partner was engaged by our client to implement a business analytics tool developed specifically for the insurance industry based on Cognos solution platform.
How did Deloitte add value?
Deloitte performed business requirement studies to determine the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the reporting needs of the client’s business. Based on the KPIs, we designed the dashboard for the management to have the right information to be able to accelerate decision making. Our project involved the data model design, data model construction and testing, data loading and data integration testing between models.
