Evelyn Chue
Manager
Evelyn specialises in the application of psychometric assessments for the use of individuals, divisional and organisational development. She has personally consulted and trained individuals both locally and regionally ranging from executives to top managerial levels such as human resource and OD managers, country managers, regional directors from diverse industries. Her role involved empowering managers to take up HR initiatives, and developing existing practical and progressive HR/People management strategies.
Evelyn received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Business and Information Technology from University of Coventry, UK. A few years later, she pursued her second tertiary qualification, a BSc in Psychology with Upper Iowa University, United States. In additional, she has also completed a Certification of Clinical Hypnosis, London College of Clinical Hypnosis, UK.
Teh Ji-Lian
Senior consultant
Ji-Lian is currently a senior consultant with the Human Capital Services Group as part of the learning and development team. She had experience in the field of psychometric assessments as well as report writing at global consulting firms. In addition, work experience in the sales field has equipped her with competent interpersonal skills in dealing with a variety of customers.
She administers behavioural profiling exercises and ability assessments, designs assessment centres, conducts one-on-one debriefing for hiring, training and re-deployment purposes. Ji-Lian is a certified user/trainer for Thomas International Management Systems. She is also a certified trainer with the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) Malaysia.
Georgia Tham
Consultant
Georgia has a background in the psychometric assessments field and has international exposure while working abroad which enhances her interpersonal skills in dealing with people from all walks of life. She administers behavioural and ability assessments and provides technical support to clients. Georgia is a certified user/trainer for Thomas International Management Systems.
She has broad experience on administration of ability assessments and behavioural exercises to establish internal benchmark standard for various sectors such as telecommunications, pharmaceutical, engineering, banking, and hospitality.
