Executives’ responses to the survey confirm increased optimism. The participants’ average score regarding the business environment compared with one previous year is markedly better now than it was six months ago.
Similarly, the average in respect of the companies’ general situation compared with one previous year, improved for a fifth consecutive quarter since June 2009.
However, responses regarding the future indicate significant wariness. Executives’ prospects with reference to the business environment and the companies’ general situation within a year remain practically unchanged from previous survey.
