Real Estate Entry Program (REP): For the newcomer, from pre-construction to post-construction phase.

Our Real Estate Entry Program (REP) assists developers and landowners from the initial pre-project planning phase to the end of the project lifecycle. The program is divided in the three main phases of a development project, pre-construction, construction and post-construction:

Real Estate Implementation Program (REIP): For the company in or entering construction phase, from construction to post construction phase.
Our Real Estate Implementation Program is designed for those projects already in their construction phase or just about to. It is specifically designed to cover the needs during the construction and post-construction phase, including important variables from the pre-construction phase of the Real Estate Entry Program, as well as assistance in securing construction capital, reviewing and adjusting the structures to maximize the value of the project and stakeholder.

Real Estate Sustainability Program (RSP): For the operational company. Our Sustainability Program is available for those projects that have finished the entire construction phase and are now in the operations phase, be it managing a hotel, hotel resort, timeshare or fractional units, or even in the process of the sale of the finished project.
