Market Intelligent Information is a key tool for the effective management of all business organisations. In collaboration with the MHRA, Deloitte has been instrumental in providing reliable quarterly information for the tourism industry. For more than 15 years, this survey has provided indispensable information to participating hotels. In support of an initiative by a number of retail groups, Deloitte has committed itself to replicate its quarterly tourism survey for the Retail sector.

  • Domestic Appliances & House wares
  • Tools & Equipment

The objective of the Deloitte Retail Review will be to provide participants with timely accurate quarterly information which will enable existing and potential operators to gauge the market trends and allow them to benchmark their performance against the said trends. The Review results will allow businesses to take informed decisions.

About the Survey

All information will be treated in a strictly confidential manner and all participants will be entitled to receive a copy of the review results.

Deloitte would then report on the aggregate findings and trends emerging from this exercise without revealing individual results. At no time will the identity of any outlet be disclosed and participants are assured of complete data confidentiality. Outlets will communicate with Deloitte directly and all information and data collected remain the property of Deloitte at all times.
