In Latvia Deloitte provides a wide range of various services related to the taxation of individuals. Our Latvian practice offers assistance in the following areas:
- International assignment services (IAS), including determination of the assignee’s residency, registration at the tax authorities, preparation and submission of tax statements, communication with the tax authorities, representation of the assignee at the tax authorities
- Assistance with visa and residence permit applications and procedures
- Latvian domestic personal income tax planning, including compensation planning, assistance in social security and pension insurance matters
