Igor Rodin
Office Managing Partner
Igor Rodin is a Tax Partner in Deloitte’s Baltic’s practice and Managing Partner of Deloitte Latvia. Igor has been more than 15 years in the accounting profession in Latvia. He was specializing in audit and accounting advisory services before entering the tax field in 1995. Igor joined Deloitte in 1994 and had been admitted to partnership in 1999. He is the first Latvian to become a partner in Big 4 accounting firm in Latvia and he was also the first local national to lead Big 4 practice in the Baltic’s.
Igor works on national and international tax matters and is currently specialized in tax questions relating to mergers and acquisitions, financial instruments and international tax structuring. For many years he specialized in sell side advisory. He is one of few experts in the country in the area of international tax structuring for leveraged buy-outs.

Henk S. Kramer
Audit Partner
Henk S. Kramer has joined Deloitte Latvia as an audit partner in August 2008. He is with Deloitte since 1978 and became a partner in the audit and advisory practice in 1989 in the Netherlands. Henk has extensive experience in auditing and counselling of national and international clients and has been working for six months with Deloitte in the United States of America. He specialises in audit services for companies operating in such industries as shipping, manufacturing, wholesale/retail trade and tourism. Henk is a Registered Auditor under the law of the Netherlands and holds a degree in business economics from Groningen University (Netherlands).
