Jan van Delden

Partner - Audit

Jan van DeldenJan is a partner within the audit department with over 16 years’ experience, including 11 years in Germany. He has specialised in commercial companies and real estate structures. He is part of the real estate practice in Luxembourg and his clients include both regulated and unregulated real estate funds and structured products. In addition to providing audit services to the sector, Jan has been active in assisting promoters and developers in setting up IFRS accounting policies for real estate funds.

Jan is a certified public accountant in Luxembourg, Germany and the United States. He is also a presenter for internal and external IFRS training, as well as a member of the ALFI real estate sub-committee.

He is fluent in English and German.
