Industrial relations and HR operational support

Talent transition services

Our talent transition services (outplacement) have been designed to enable organisations to be served swiftly with the least possible internal disruptions and maximum personal results for the employees; thereby making outplacement a truly transitional step in one’s career evolution.

Labour relations support

We regularly accompany our clients in projects to facilitate social dialogues between employers/employees/staff representatives/trade unions.

HR operational support (co-sourcing)

Because organisations are confronted with fluctuating resources compared to their needs, we propose to organisations the possibility of reverting to our seasoned HR consultants (with operational experience) for handling various HR processes and issues on their behalf. For periods mutually agreed upon from the outset, we can provide you with support be it in HR generalist, project management roles or more specific areas such as recruitment, talent and performance management or HR administration.
