Depending on our clients’ needs, the selected approach and the size, organizational complexity and business mix of the financial institution, we offer various alternatives including (but not limited to):
- Pilot a key business unit first, followed by the complete roll-out to the other entities of the group
- Direct implementation of the group’s risk management framework, when the size and diversity of the institution’s activities are limited, or
- Assistance to specific subsidiaries in applying the group’s methodology to their organization
