Deloitte Luxembourg appoints three new partners - 07/05/2012DOWNLOAD
As from 1 June 2012, Deloitte Luxembourg has appointed 3 new partners, increasing the number of partners to 75.
Commenting on the promotions Yves Francis, Managing Partner at Deloitte Luxembourg, said: “These appointments support our long-term growth strategy in audit. Our three new partners are widely recognised for their strong expertise and have already proven their talent through the development of their respective practices, contributing to the firm’s success.”
Emmanuelle Miette (Audit)
After 15 years of experience in auditing leading financial institutions on the market place, Emmanuelle (French, 40 years old) joined Deloitte Luxembourg in 2010.
Within the audit practice, she specialises in both the banking and investment funds industries and has developed Deloitte Luxembourg’s activities for Italian clients established in Luxembourg.
Emmanuelle graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Gestion (Paris, France) and is a Luxembourg Réviseur d’Entreprises since 2002.
Ekaterina Volotovskaya (Audit)
Ekaterina (Russian, 39 years old) started her career in Moscow and Frankfurt before joining Deloitte Luxembourg in 2001.
She leads audit assignments for financial services institutions in Luxembourg, primarily in the banking industry, and she is a specialist in the audit of securitisation vehicles. She conducts a number of initiatives towards the Russian market and maintains strong relationships with the leadership of Deloitte CIS firm. She recently took over the presidency of the Luxembourg-Russia Business Chamber.
Ekaterina holds degrees in law from the Moscow State Law Academy and in economics from the Russian Academy of Economy and is U.S. CPA and UK ACCA member.
Justin Griffiths (Audit)
Justin (South African, 38 years old) enjoys a 14 years multi-national professional experience within Deloitte practices in South Africa, in the U.S. and finally in Luxembourg for over 9 years now.
Justin is primarily serving investment funds and asset management companies from English speaking countries. He is a recognised expert in funds audit and investment management related matters and a member of the ALFI and EFAMA working groups covering IFRS for investment funds.
Moreover, he is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) as well as a CPA and ACCA member.
