Why Luxembourg?

Under the AIFM Directive an AIF Manager established in the EU will be able to benefit from the passport regime. So why domicile the AIFM in Luxembourg? These are some of the building blocks that Luxembourg has to offer:

  • Luxembourg’s legal framework facilitates redomicilation/relocation to Luxembourg with an experienced and knowledgeable industry workforce for such actions
  • Possibility of listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange
