Geoffrey M. Cook joined BBH in 1997, having spent the previous eight years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the investment management and banking practices of their London, Luxembourg and New York offices.
Mr. Cook, who was made a partner of the firm in January 2009, is responsible for the firm’s Luxembourg office, its global relationship management and business development disciplines as well as its fund solutions and distribution support offering.
He has previously been a board member of the Luxembourg Bankers Association (ABBL), Chairman of the ALFI/ABBL Depository Banks Forum, board member of the Luxembourg Fund Association (ALFI), as well as formerly President of the Association of American Banks in Luxembourg.
Mr. Cook is a member and on the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
