Mr. Martin Jufer, COO, Swiss & Global Asset Management |
Martin Jufer is a member of the Executive Board of Swiss & Global Asset Management and heading the Products & Services business unit which comprises the areas of Product Management & Development, Finance & Controlling, Legal & Compliance, Operations, Risk Management and Business Technology.
He joined Swiss & Global Asset Management (former Julius Baer Asset Management) as an investment controller in 1996.
After heading the Investment Controlling Team for two years, he was responsible for the areas of Fund Administration, Middle Office and IT for more than six years. In 2008 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Investment Products business unit. Before working for Julius Baer, he was an auditor for Ernst &Young in Zurich.
He completed his Master's degree in economics (lic. oec.) at the University of St Gallen and holds Swiss and European diplomas in financial analysis and asset management (CEFA) and is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Martin Jufer is fluent in German (mother tongue), English, Italian and French.
