At Deloitte Luxembourg, we conducted a study on funds and social media, focussing on communication with end-investors, mainly via the major platforms Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
In our research, we analysed several profiles on these platforms directly and retrieved traffic, reach, and other key data from online social media monitoring tools like Google Ad Planner and Trendiction.
