Thomas Galbraith, MA Art History, previously held positions at The Art Loss Register, AIG Private Client Group (now Chartis) and AXA Art Insurance Corporation, among others.
He is now the Director of Analytics at artnet. Thomas has been working on bringing to fruition a new art index product, one based on artnet’s large database of auction results combined with a compelling methodology. The product incorporates art expertise into the index calculation method in an exciting and unique way.
He currently serves as the Treasurer for the Association of Professional Art Advisors (APAA) and is a part time contributor to Whitewall Magazine.
