Georges is a partner within the tax department and has more than 25 years of experience in corporate income tax.
Georges has also vast experience in international tax in the area of mergers and acquisitions and the use of holding and finance companies for multinational groups, mainly U.S.-based groups. He has extensive experience in coordinating international projects involving different types of taxation systems.
Georges is a registered auditor (Réviseur d’entreprises agrée) and a chartered accountant (Expert comptable). He is a board member of the International Fiscal Association, and formerly chaired the taxation committee for the American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg.
Before joining Deloitte Luxembourg in 1998, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Luxembourg, specialising in international tax.
Georges holds a masters in economics and law from the Université de Montpellier III (Montpellier, France).
He is fluent in Luxemburgish, English, French and German.
