Stephan is a partner within the tax department and specialises in international tax and transfer pricing. He has over 11 years' experience serving corporate investors, mainly U.S.-based MNCs on cross-border restructuring and working on various international corporate tax matters and related Luxembourg transfer pricing considerations.
Stephan is a Luxembourg chartered accountant (Expert comptable).
He started his career as accountant in Brussels serving small and medium enterprise clients.
Stephan has a degree in economics from the Free University of Brussels (Brussels, Belgium) and a masters in international tax from the Solvay Business School (Brussels, Belgium).
He is fluent in French and English.
