Thierry Hoeltgen joined Deloitte consulting Paris office in 1989. He specialised in the financial services industry, delivering consulting services to clients in private banking, securities, investment funds and public sector industries. In 1993, Thierry Hoeltgen moved to our Luxembourg office where he lead the building of our advisory & consulting practice from 3 to +250 consultants today.
Thierry is a member of the management committee of Deloitte Luxembourg firm where he represents the advisory & consulting business unit.
His competencies range from operations and IT strategy, business case design, system selection and implementation, project management and quality assurance to efficiency improvement, outsourcing and reengineering.
Before joining Deloitte, Thierry worked for 2 years for McDonnell Douglas Information Systems in Paris as an implementation engineer for trading room and investment fund software packages.
Thierry also led several strategy as well as large scale ERP assignments in the public sector. More recently Thierry focused on innovation initatives for the firm and clients, notably in public sector. In this context he leads Deloitte’s current Art & Finance Initiative.
