Cedric is a tax manager working in International Tax. Cedric has experience in setting up, monitoring and managing international tax structures and Luxembourg vehicles for a wide range of clients and investors throughout various types of industries.
He has been servicing clients with respect to establishment and management of Luxembourg holding and financing structures and Luxembourg alternative investment funds (mainly for North American and European companies or private equity firms).
Cedric is based in Hong Kong and assist Asia Pacific clients like multinational corporations, middle market clients, Chinese State Owned Enterprises, Funds, etc. on performing efficient cross-border tax planning overseas by using the Luxembourg platform.
Cédric has a Master in Business Administration and Finance from I.C.H.E.C. Brussels (Belgium) and a Bachelor in Accounting and Tax from E.P.H.E.C. Brussels (Belgium).
He is fluent in English, French and Dutch.
