Lize is a partner within our audit department and has over 10 years of experience as an auditor, mainly in commercial industries, real estate (regulated and unregulated direct real estate funds and property companies) and investment holding companies.
She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), as well as a Luxembourg chartered accountant (Expert comptable), a South African chartered accountant and a U.S. certified public accountant. Lize is in the process of obtaining her qualification as a registered auditor (Réviseur d’entreprises agréé) with the Luxembourg institute of registered auditors (IRE).
Before joining Deloitte Luxembourg, she worked for Deloitte Denver and Deloitte Cape Town.
Lize did her certified public accountant exam in 2003 in Colorado after studying in South Africa.
She is fluent in English and has a basic working knowledge of French.
