David is a tax partner working in the Deloitte mergers and acquisitions international tax department. David is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and tax adviser. He holds a B.A. degree in finance from the University of Liège. He is post-graduated in tax law and has an Executive MBA in international business from the University of Edinburgh in conjunction with the ENPC School of International Management in Paris.
David has over 12 years experience in international tax. He is experienced in advising and structuring international deals for both listed and private clients and particularly for private equity funds as well as for pan-European real estate.
