Patrick LaurentPatrick is a partner within the advisory and consulting department with more than 16 years' experience. He has developed comprehensive expertise in the financial services industry. His main focuses are: retail and private banking, capital markets, multi-channel architectures, banking operations, new sourcing models and all IT-related activities.

Patrick started his career in software engineering and worked for many years in consulting for Accenture.

Before joining Deloitte, Patrick was chief information officer and head of business process outsourcing at Dexia.

Patrick has an engineering degree.

He is fluent in French and English.
