Senior Manager - Strategy & Corporate Finance

Myla Baguilat Myla is a Senior Manager in Strategy & Corporate Finance and has 10 years of experience in audit prior to joining the Corporate Finance department in April 2011 where she now handles our listing services desk.

Part of her role is to support audit and non-audit clients seeking a listing of various instruments in the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

She also maintains an open line of communication between the firm and the local regulators and the stock exchange for any guidance or new regulations around listing.

Myla also takes part in the firm’s various listing initiatives.
