Pierre MassetPartner - Corporate Finance Leader |
Pierre is a partner within the advisory and consulting department and leads Deloitte Luxembourg's corporate finance department. He is in charge of the M&A advisory, valuation services, due diligence and fund raising. Before joining Deloitte, Pierre worked for Lehman Brothers for 10 years in their investment banking division in New York and London, and for Centaurus Capital, a London-based hedge fund.
Pierre has worked on a wide range of transactions (valuation mandates, sell-side and buy-side mandates, mergers, LBO, IPO, private placements, etc.) across a diverse array of industries (telecoms, consumer goods, retail, hotel and leisure, financial sector, etc.), both for industry-specific clients and for private equity groups.
He graduated from the Solvay Business School (Brussels, Belgium), is a recognised Financial Analyst with the Belgian Association and has an MBA from the Stern School of Business (New York, United States of America).
He is fluent in French and English.
