Stéphane is a partner within the tax department and has over 11 years’ experience. He focuses on cross-border tax planning for Australian, Canadian and UK-based clients, as well as merger and acquisition transactions for private equity and infrastructure funds. Stéphane advises clients on a wide variety of international tax issues, including financing and IP structuring, mergers and acquisitions, assistance with structuring acquisitions, income repatriation planning, leveraging acquisition vehicles. He is experienced in developing tax strategies and setting up cross-border holding, financing and licensing structures, structuring private equity and infrastructure transactions to ensure efficient cash flow and cash repatriation.
Stéphane is qualified as a Luxembourg chartered accountant (Expert comptable) and Luxembourg tax accountant.
He has a business and administration degree in finance and tax from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) (Liège, Belgium).
He is fluent in French and English.
