Yves is a partner within the tax department and has over 10 years' professional experience. He leads the Asia Pacific desk of Deloitte Luxembourg in Hong Kong. Yves is specialised in private equity and real estate, focused on cross-border tax planning for Asian-based clients. Yves advises clients on a wide variety of international tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, financing and intellectual property structuring, income repatriation. He is also experienced in setting up regulated and non-regulated alternative investment funds.
Before joining Deloitte Luxembourg, Yves worked for Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, Luxembourg.
Yves has a business and administration degree in finance and tax from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) (Liège, Belgium). He is qualified as a Luxembourg tax accountant and has a masters in tax (DESS) from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) (Liège, Belgium).
He is fluent in French and English.
