Jean-Pierre is a partner within the advisory and consulting department and has over 15 years’ experience in consulting. He is specialised in programme management, regulatory programmes and process optimisation.
Throughout his career, Jean-Pierre has had the opportunity to manage and deliver major regulatory programmes (e.g. Basel II, Solvency II) and implement programme management offices in the banking, insurance, public and government sectors. He has also been involved in restructuring projects across multiple sectors (government, banking, transfer agent, consumer credit and equipment lease financing), in addition to managing multiple bidding processes for the selection of new information system solutions.
He is fluent in French and English.
