We would like to inform you about a valuable opportunity to perform a comparative analysis of your company results with the results of other companies performing similar activities in the local and foreign markets. There is also an opportunity to prepare a competitiveness enhancement plan based on the comparative analysis results and to obtain practical insights on various options to increase your company’s competitive advantage and success.

A company, having performed a comparative analysis and prepared an individual competitiveness enhancement plan, is eligible to apply for funding up to 75% of the expenses (maximum amount of grant is 40,000 LTL, incl. VAT) for the implementation of the competitiveness enhancement plan with the assistance of external consultants in the following areas:
• business processes and efficiency;
• sales, marketing and customer relationship management;
• human resources, innovation and trainings.
This opportunity is the second stage of the project Competitiveness center led by non-profit agency Enterprise Lithuania. The activities of the project are supported by the Regional Development Fund of the European Union. Experts of Deloitte Lietuva UAB are certified Banchmark Index consultants authorized to perform individual comparative analysis free of charge, as well as to provide related advisory services.
