IPO in Hong Kong, March 2012

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

Deloitte is holding its next IPO Master Class in Hong Kong on March 14-16, 2012 and we would like you to consider joining the event.

It has been several years however with the recent upswing in Kazakhstan’s economy, good resource prices and anticipation of ongoing growth in the country, companies have re started their look towards capital markets- be it Hong Kong, the Regional Financial Center in Almaty or London. Going east to Hong Kong and Asian markets is becoming more profound in the strategies of companies and thinking of which is the right capital market to list on.

No matter what, taking a private business public to IPO is a strategic decision that takes effort and commitment. One important thing is to understand the expectations and behaviors required to be in a major capital market. As part of our Don’t Go To Hong Kong Without Deloitte program, which has assisted many CIS businesses undertaking an IPO, we are pleased to invite you to come back to Hong Kong with us for our Master Class program which will be held in Hong Kong on March 14-16, 2012.

Our upcoming Master Class will include a visit to experts at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and other major IPO players, such as lawyers and investment banks, nomads, private equity, communication companies – all of whom have specialists acting in transactions for CIS companies. The Master Class will be based mainly at the Deloitte office in Hong Kong.

We hope you will be able to join us on what is certain to be an invaluable and memorable three days in Hong Kong.

We look forward to seeing you at the Hong Kong Master Class. For further details, please contact Yekaterina Bondik at ybondik@deloitte.kz or by tel.: +7 (727) 258 13 40, +7 701 746 90 33 or fax: +7 (727) 258 13 41.
