Ainura started as a Senior Specialist at Deloitte in January 2006 and supervised HR Administration and Compensation and Benefits Group. In June 2008 she became the Head of HR in the Caspian Region, which includes Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
Ainura is a qualified Global Remuneration Professional and has a SHL certificate on Competency Based Interview. She has a Master of Business Administration degree.
