The Partners of Deloitte have made the decision to exit the Facilities Management business, effective July 31, 2010. Deloitte Property Consulting Services will no longer be offering facilities management services to Kindred Investments Ltd. (One Capital Place) Pamberi Ltd. (British American), or to UBW Ltd. (Citrus Grove).
On August 1, 2010 Deloitte Property Consulting Services will have transferred its Facilities Management
portfolio of business to NCB Property Services Ltd. (“NCB”).
As part of the transfer agreement, Alan Wight, who currently provides Facility Management Services for all Deloitte clients, will be leaving the firm to join NCB. Many of you will not notice his departure as Alan will continue to oversee the facilities management of the two building the firm is based in, on behalf of NCB.
We anticipate that the transition will run smoothly and appear seamless to our valuable clients.
