- Job analysis, personnel assessment and appropriate long-term human resource planning
- Introducing the performance-based system and improving personnel system through assessment/compensation/promotion services
- Enterprise Risk & Financial Risk Management (ERM & FRM)
- Consolidating proper response measures to management evaluation
